
The purpose of this coaching engagement is to increase select employee's overall leadership effectiveness and impact within the Marketing Team. The coaching will focus on developing leadership capabilities around presence, gaining alignment with stakeholders, personal branding, and strategic communication.

● Enhance delivery and personal branding
● One-on-one Coaching will run for six months with ID360 Executive Coach (Kim Zoller). The alliance will be designed with select individuals and Kim to ensure their leadership development needs and wants are met.
● Interim coaching and access to the coach between each session as appropriate via e-mail and telephone.
● Each session will run for 55 minutes and will take place approximately every other week.
● Depending on the needs you define with your coach, the coaching may include:
1. Role-play and/or dry run sessions to practice new behaviors
2. Scenario planning
3. Real-time problem solving
4. Self-reflection, awareness, and assessment
● Provide coaching services delivered over the phone or videoconference, with email or phone contact in between sessions as necessary.
● Discuss and gain agreement with the client on the parameters of the coaching engagement, anticipated activities and roles and responsibilities of client and coach.
● Work with the client on specific situations, strategies and plans to provide guidance in recognizing and reframing behaviors to produce effective results.
● 360 Feedback and 3 key stakeholder Zoom interviews
● Incorporate video recordings to provide feedback and playback as requested.
● Keep scheduled appointments or make changes 48 hours in advance.
● Advise the client of any dissatisfaction in the working relationship or in communications.
● Be available for the work associated with the coaching engagement. Will complete assignments on time or inform the ID360 coach prior to the session if unable to complete the work.

● The proposed work will begin in October and will continue for approximately six months. At the end of this period, ID360 and Employees will evaluate and consider continued coaching services as necessary. Follow on coaching fees noted under invoicing section.
● The coaching engagement may be canceled by mutual agreement with thirty days written notice and payment of services to date.
The fee for this coaching engagement is for the six-month engagement per participant.

● $3000.00 for 4 quarterly coaching follow on coaching sessions (resources, email and phone support as needed
ID360 shall submit an invoice as follows:
● $45,000.00 for commencement of six-month coaching package (5 participants)
● $1,000.00 for 360 Assessments for (5 participants)
● $3,000.00 for Quarterly Coaching (1 participant)
TOTAL: $49,000.00
Should Employee or ID360 wish to terminate this agreement, either may do so. In that case, one-month advance notice of termination will be required from either party. Reimbursement of fees to ID360 will be prorated based on the number of months coaching sessions have been conducted at the time of termination of this agreement.
